1. EMAIL & Club Card - RC
- Richard has set up an e-mail account for all committee members.
- A club card with all committee members will be created. All members present confirmed their personal telephone number can be listed on the card. Other committee members to confirm to Richard. - ALL
2. Christmas Ball - MF
- Christmas ball to be organised December 4th at the Cricket club together with Hobie club. (thanks to Hamish for location).
- Limited number of seats available (appr. 100).
- All present received 10 cards to sell.
- We have budgeted for four guests (to be confirmed next meeting (for sure 2 for Cricket members and one for Bo Jussing) - MF
- Dave Robinson will receive invitation (he probably cannot come).
- Christmas buffet will be served including 2-3 free drinks.
- All tickets should be sold before the party.
- Tickets and/or money must be returned to Michele or Steve. (on or before next meeting!!) - ALL
3. Calendar - NK
- Next meeting we will present a draft calendar for Jan-Jun 2005. - NK
- To be included: March 5-6 Cheung Chau; Dragon Race June 11th;
- Richard will check the calendar for Yacht club (Jim Fournier) - RC
- Suggestions: race to Mui Wo against other club; Spring weekend (including camping).
4. Round the Island Race - RC
- 5 Darts 18;and 2 Hobie 16; 1 Tiger and 1 Hurricanes will participate in the Round the Island race.
5. HUT - CK
- Status: we have a draft picture of the to be situation.
- The old huts will be moved and used as a storage location.
- Craig will discuss next steps with James. To be continued in next meeting! - CK
6. AWAH - Boat - RC
- Following the AGM, Jimmy will talk to Awah and find out whether or not he needs a new boat. - JS
- Currently we pay Awah at the end of the year. Awah has asked us whether we are able to pay monthly. Jimmy to confirm with Awah whether this is still the case.
- In case we will use the following process: Yearly budget: 70.000 (including all).
- Proposal will be to pay a monthly fee for two races. In case Awah has performed more activities, he will show us the actual work performed and (if agreed) we will compensate for the difference. - SW
7. Thailand - RC
- December 18th and 19th will be the yearly race in Thailand. So far only Hamish will attend. We will communicate the event in the flash: for more information: contact Hamish. - NK Flash
8. Hut Cleaning - CK
- Henric and Richard will organize a date in December for hut cleaning. - RC & HK
- We need a few plastic boxes to be able to store our stuff.
- Pizza's and beer will be available for all participants.

9. Barbeque - CK
- A new frame is required for the barbeque. Craig will design a new frame. To be confirmed how we will transport the frame to the club house. - CK
10. Training - JS
- Discussion about organizing youth training next year. (age >10).
- Unfortunately it is not possible to arrange insurance for training.
- Proposal to organize training for those children whose parents are a member of the club. - JS
