1. Theft
- A Canoe has been stolen from the beach
- Our insurance does not cover canoes; Members should add the canoe to their house insurance
- Members should lock their boats to prevent theft.
- Recommendations will be included in next flash - NK
- Inform DB management (Ken Woodhouse) - NK
2. Outriggers (Canoe)
- Jane is visiting on behalf of the Canoe members
- Light buttons are inside the hut
- Request for new canoe racks. Will be considered after we have changed huts
- Steve will send Jane a key for the red hut - SW
- Members should pay for drinks (money can be put in the fridge itself)
3. Beach Space
- Not much beach spaces left;
- Members should not move their own boats (mention in flash) - NK
- Committee will move boats that are not sailed regularly during club races from the front to the back rows
4. Musquitos
- Confirmed the Musquito machines are effective
- Based on proposal presented by Henrik, we decided to buy one cilinder.
5. ABC Regatta
- LBC members are able to join ABC regatta (lnk published on website)
- Leave beach Saturday 3rd of September at 10'00 o'clock
- Sleep at home
- After race Sunday we will sail straight back to Dbay.

6. HUT
- Craig presented demo model for new hut, all agreed on model
- Current proposal appr. 230K HKD. Craig will try to get the price down
- Contact Ken Woodhouse for required approvals (permit/ building department…) - CK
7. Regatta sponsors
- We have 9 sponsors for Regatta
- Joseph has arranged cloths (shirt) (all cloths part of package except for Spray Top).
- Spray Top can be bought for HKD 400
- Arrange press release in DB magazine - RC
- Loyds will bring a junk during the event and join the party (we provide drinks and food in the evening)
- Proposal to organize price giving in Dbay (around plaza/tennis club). - RC
- Committee boat: Jeremy's boat
- Race officer: Bo - Organize meeting with Bo to go through racing schedule & rules - JS/RC
- Safety: Kevin
- We need to borrow boats from the HK Yacht club - RC

8. Camping weekend
- Richard Winter proposed to organise a camping weekend in November at HK Electric
- To be confirmed in next meeting
9. Membership fee
- Some questions have been raised about joined boat membership fee.
- Clarifications:
- Boat park Fee stays with the boat
- In case of joint ownership, both pay full membership
- In case of multiple ownership (i.e. >2) at least two members have to pay the full membership fee
10. Cheung Chau commodores cup
- It will be a big race, details to be confirmed
