I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the prescriptions of the Hong Kong Sailing Federation and the Regatta Sailing Instructions.

• I understand that neither the race committee nor the Lantau Boat Club accept any responsibility for any loss of life or injury to members of my crew or other parties or for any loss of, or damage to my vessel. The boat is insured and has the Third Party Liability coverage.
• I have read and understand RRS Fundamental Rule 4 – Decision to race.
• Before racing I shall ensure that my crew is aware of the undertakings given in this Declaration.
• I understand that, should I fail to display the sponsors’ logos as required by the racing committee, I shall be deemed to be disqualified and I will not be able to claim a refund of the entry fee(s).

Registration/Welcome Party to be held in The Pickled Pelican on Thursday 25th October from 6:30pm onward. Helm and crews will receive a free drink (it is also Happy Hour till 10.00pm). Collect your Exclusive 2007 Regatta Shirts, bags, caps and goodies, distributed on a first come (paid up), first served basis. PaymentSend the entry form together with a copy of your insurance policy and a cheque for HK$700 made payable to “LANTAU BOAT CLUB” to: The Treasurer, Lantau Boat Club, c/o Discovery Bay Residents Club, Discovery Bay, Hong Kong
